About the role:

Responsible for merchandising related activities to support Anta Group's Indonesia business needs, handling the brands that we launch in Indonesia. The person needs to proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency. Jakarta based.

Job description:

  • Sports apparel, footwear and/or equipment merchandising of the assigned brands.
  • Develop local market multi-brands product merchandising mix, ensure merchandising strategy is properly coordinated and implemented efficiently to achieve the organization's goals.
  • Handle annual / seasonal buying process from budgeting to launching.
  • Formulate buying strategies, develop OTB plans and product mix allocation to optimize sales plan and gross margin.
  • Regularly keep track of sales trend to provide relevant strategies accomplishing business objectives.
  • Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams for maximizing top line and minimizing inventory.
  • Analyze the data to formulate a right product plan and solutions to fit for the business needs and cater for the market trend.
  • Shop visit and overseas travel.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in a relevant role, with at least 2 years experience in a retail setting.
  • Sensitive to data. Highly proficient in Excel, ability in other data analytical tools will be advantageous.
  • High proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to liaise with colleagues in China and SEA countries.
  • Passion for sports is a must.
