Responsibilities:

  • Wholesale Marketing Strategy: Develop and localize brand marketing strategies that align with company objectives, specifically designed to support wholesale partners and distributors in driving sell-out and brand visibility.
  • Partner Campaign Execution: Work closely with the Wholesale/Key Account teams to localize and execute retail campaigns within partner environments; monitor and ensure brand consistency across all multi-brand doors and franchises.
  • Content Planning: Lead content planning and social media promotion that supports both the brand and its key wholesale accounts, ensuring a cohesive voice across partner digital platforms.
  • Vendor & Project Management: Source and manage marketing vendors to execute strategic programs for wholesale events, trade shows, pop-ups, and regional PR activations.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Develop an annual marketing plan and manage the budget to maximize brand reach through co-op advertising and partner-led initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to assess partner performance, competitor landscape, and wholesale growth opportunities; provide data-driven recommendations to the Sales and Merchandising teams.
  • Integrated Communication: Develop PR and advertising plans that highlight key product launches across both brand-owned channels and wholesale partner networks.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Wholesale Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Retail Marketing (experience working with distributors or multi-brand retailers is a plus).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to act as a bridge between regional leadership and local wholesale partners.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to coordinate with external partners, department heads, and regional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Market Awareness: Strong understanding of social media trends and B2B2C marketing strategies; ability to translate brand concepts into commercial reality for partners.
  • Core Skills: Project management, negotiation (especially with vendors/partners), presentation, and market research skills.
  • Mindset: Highly creative and innovative, with a strong commercial lensthe ability to generate fresh & unique ideas that translate into sales for our partners.
  • Passionate about the sports industry.
