ANTA was established in 1991, while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). Responsibilities:
- Store Operations Coordination: Take full responsibility for the daily operations of stores on Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia; develop and implement platform-specific operational plans; coordinate the overall store workflow; and ensure that annual and monthly sales targets are met with both quality and quantity.
- Store Optimization: Manage the full product lifecycle, including product listing, title and keyword optimization, and main image/product detail page optimization; deepen platform SEO efforts to improve product organic search rankings and store visibility, and enhance user browsing and conversion experiences.
- Data Monitoring and Strategy Iteration: Monitor real-time platform market trends, competitor activity, and core store metrics (GMV, conversion rate, average order value, impressions, etc.). Regularly produce data review reports and report operational progress to the e-commerce manager. Adjust operational strategies based on data insights, optimize promotional campaigns, evaluate the effectiveness of brand product promotions, propose actionable improvement plans, and continuously enhance operational efficiency and sales performance.
- Platform Collaboration and Resource Coordination: Collaborate with official account managers from the three major platforms to stay updated on platform policies, campaign rules, and traffic support initiatives; actively participate in major platform promotions (such as Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, and other local holiday events); secure premium placement opportunities to maximize store exposure and conversions.
- Advertising Placement and Cost Control: Manage the full cycle of platform advertising, including strategy development, creative adaptation, campaign execution, and performance optimization for channels such as Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads, and Tokopedia Ads; establish advertising budgets, strictly control spending, monitor advertising ROI, and ensure efficient utilization of advertising funds.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Familiarity with e-commerce platform operations and extensive hands-on experience; at least 2 years of e-commerce store management experience; preference given to candidates with hands-on experience on Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, or any combination thereof
- Proficient in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and other major online marketing channels;
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills;
- Strong execution skills and sense of responsibility, able to work effectively under pressure.
- Bonus Points: Experience in e-commerce operations for sports brands (e.g., Wilson, Anta, etc.); familiarity with local Indonesian payment methods, logistics, and compliance requirements; experience managing or collaborating with local teams.
