Role Description
We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Incubator Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some flexibility to work from home. The Incubator Manager will oversee and execute our incubator program, including:
- recruiting startups to join our incubator program
- recruiting mentors to provide guidance for our startups
- growing our investor network and connecting them with our startups
- growing our list of startup perks and offering them to our startups
- managing the day-to-day operations of our incubator program
- organising online or offline demo days and networking events
- maintaining strong relationships with partners and ecosystem players
- representing the firm at events and conferences where needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Relevant work experience relating to startup ecosystems preferred
- Strong skills in program management, partnerships, and event coordination
- Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and international partners
