Oversee and assess inbound operations (from distributors/principals and customer returns) to ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Supervise and evaluate stock opname activities in alignment with established SLA standards.
Generate and manage operational data reports covering inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with management, internal teams, and external vendors.
Manage the end-to-end export and import processes for the company's products.
Coordinate closely with forwarding agents and PPJK to ensure proper documentation and smooth execution of product shipments.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree any major.
Minimum 10 years of experience managing end-to-end importation processes, preferably within the apparel industry.
