Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and Responsibility for the import process
  • Monitoring delivery container from port to warehouse
  • Monitoring payment status
  • Maintenance database (Shipment, HS Code, Etc)
  • Have knowledge about import permit, license and HS Code
  • Checking HS code before PO and before shipment
  • Approval draft PIB before process
  • Monitoring costing sheet status
  • Coordination with shippers, customs brokers and related parties
  • Reporting and budgeting

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of any major
  • Having 3-4 years experience for supervisor years in import process
  • Having knowledge in HS Code, PIB, and related document
  • Willing to do offline interview and working full WFO
