Import Export Manager

Company Description

RKN is the sister company of Orson Indonesia. This company manufactures bar soap and aerosols in Marunda (North Jakarta) and exports to more than 70+ countries. Currently, with RKN, we have expanded to the repackaging of cooking oil.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Manager. The position is located in Marunda. The Import Export Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of import and export operations, coordinating international shipments, ensuring accurate export documentation, and handling compliance with international trade regulations.

Day-to-day tasks include communicating with suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth logistics operations, preparing and reviewing shipping documents, and monitoring shipment schedules. This role will also require relationship management with KBN and Bea Cukai.

Qualifications

• Experience with Import/Export and Export Documentation
• Knowledge of International Trade and export regulations
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to manage and monitor multiple tasks/customers
• Ability to negotiate with freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• PPJK certification (mandatory)
• Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent
