Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tanjung Priok for an Import Export (Exim) Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end import and export operations to ensure compliance with international trade regulations. The role will involve managing export and import documentation, handling communication with suppliers and clients, monitoring shipment and delivery schedules, and ensuring efficient customs clearance processes.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will manage logistics, preparing and verifying shipping documentation, liaising with customs and government agencies, and monitoring the efficient movement of goods. The role also involves maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, optimizing costs, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Import Export, Export Documentation, and International Trade.
• Proven skills in effective communication and building partnerships Bea Cukai
• Familiar with Cesia 4.0
• Experience in managing logistics and ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and procedures.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational background in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with customs processes and export-import regulations in Indonesia and global markets.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience is required in the same field
• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and shipping documentation preparation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
