Job Description:

  1. Memastikan implementasi Sortation Center/First Mile/Last Mile sesuai dengan ketentuan dan standar yang berlaku
  2. Memastikan proses transfer knowledge berjalan dengan baik dan terukur
  3. Memastikan seluruh proses end-to-end operasional di Sortation Center (SOC) sesuai dengan regulasi perusahaan
  4. Memastikan seluruh Leader dan Team Member memahami seluruh proses kerja


Requirements:

  1. Lulusan D3/S1 dari semua jurusan
  2. Minimal 1-2 tahun pengalaman di perusahaan ekspedisi/logistik dalam mengelola project dan implementasi di seluruh Indonesia
  3. Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
  4. Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik
  5. Memahami proses dan sistem operasional end-to-end
  6. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas
  7. Mampu mengoperasikan AutoCAD
  8. Bersedia ditempatkan di Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat
