Impact & Government Relations Associate Impact & Community Team

Tentang Anak is a fast-growing parenting and nutrition organization driving a meaningful impact on children and families across Indonesia. As our work scales to influence national policy and secure government support, we need individual who can ensure flawless execution while generating insights that shape strategic decisions. This role is critical for bridging our programs, partners, and community to measurable impact.

What You'll Own

  • Collaborative Events Activation
  • Plan and execute 1218 high-quality events per year with experts, partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Manage logistics, timelines, speakers, materials, and participant engagement.
  • Ensure post-event documentation includes insights, follow-ups, and measurable outcomes.
  • Impact Measurement & Reporting
  • Design, distribute, and track impact surveys (knowledge, nutrition, satisfaction, qualitative feedback).
  • Produce quarterly summaries that inform internal teams, partners, and donor communications.
  • Maintain high response rates and ensure data accuracy and usability.
  • Community Engagement Operations
  • Activate and moderate online and offline communities through webinars, trainings, and forums.
  • Facilitate discussions and sustain engagement beyond single events.
  • Achieve consistently high participant satisfaction.
  • Cross-Team Execution & Knowledge Management
  • Collaborate closely with Programs, Partnerships, Comms, and Impact teams to align execution.
  • Maintain records of events, surveys, learnings, and community insights in a retrievable, actionable format.

What Success Looks Like (612 Months)

  • 80% on-time delivery across all events and initiatives.
  • Post-event documentation completed for 100% of events, capturing actionable insights.
  • Quarterly impact reports that are widely used internally and externally.
  • Active community engagement with 94% positive satisfaction and sustained participation.
  • Surveys achieve 70% response rate, with insights feeding program improvement and policy recommendations.

Requirements

You're a Fit If

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Public Health / Nutrition / Community Nutrition/ Public Policy / Development Studies / International Development/ Social Sciences/ Communication / Strategic Communication/ or another related field
  • You have working experience minimum 2 years in impact and government relations.
  • You thrive in fast-moving, complex environments and take ownership without hand-holding.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You enjoy people-facing work, engaging experts, partners, and community members.
  • You can translate execution data into actionable insights.
  • You have a track record of reliably executing events, surveys, or community programs with measurable outcomes.
