We are looking for a Illustrator Manager to build distinctive, market-ready illustration systems that bring our products to life and differentiate us in a fast-moving market. This role matters now because we need scalable visual assets that speed up development while staying true to our brand identity.
What Youll Own
- Visual Development Leadership: Lead the creation of innovative illustrations for books, merchandise, and animation that are distinctive, on-brand, and commercially effective.
- Scalable Systems: Build and maintain style guides, asset libraries, and workflows that enable rapid iteration and consistent execution across teams.
- Hands-On Excellence + Team Coaching: Deliver high-quality illustration work while guiding junior creatives and external vendors to raise the overall bar.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with marketing, content, and product to ensure visual identity strengthens user engagement and product-market fit.
- External Partnerships: Manage illustrator and animation partners when needed, ensuring output meets quality and brand standards.
