Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree (S2) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or other related IT fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Security, preferably in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
- Strong ability to prepare reports and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of Certificates (SSL, SFTP), Privileged Access Management (PAM) such as CyberArk, and cryptography.
- Understanding of user management across operating systems (Linux, Windows Server, etc.) and databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Willing to work in a shift schedule (8 hours per shift).
Job Responsibilities
- Support CPAM Release Requests related to implementation, maintenance, investigation & problem fixing, emergency requests, and audit requirements.
- Ensure JIRA approvals for CPAM requests are aligned with the applicable approval matrix.
- Verify that account details, usage dates, and purposes match between JIRA tickets and CPAM requests.
- Perform SAM implementation, including preparation of DDCL documentation and other SDLC-related documents.
- Generate and monitor the validity period of SSL Certificates.
- Generate private and public keys.
- Provide support for ATM generation processes.
- Conduct periodic log reviews to ensure system security and compliance.
