About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Offline Channel Sales Manager to develop and manage

distributor for our beauty & skincare brands in Indonesia.

This role focuses on building distributor partnerships, driving sell-in & sell-out, and

establishing offline channel frameworks from 0 to 1. The ideal candidate has strong local

distributor resources, hands-on beauty/skincare offline sales experience, and is

comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand offline distributor for beauty & skincare products across Indonesia
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified distributors and sub-distributors
  • Drive sell-in targets, pricing strategy, margin structure, and distributor agreements
  • Support distributors in sell-out execution, including in-store activation, promotion planning, and stock management
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key offline partners
  • Participate in channel strategy design, including territory planning, distributor policies, and incentive mechanisms
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution
  • Support 01 offline expansion, including early-stage team setup or channel process building when required
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distributor performance, providing actionable insights

Job Requirements:

  • Proven offline sales experience in beauty/skincare category in Indonesia
  • Strong distributor resources
  • Experience managing products through distributor or agency channels
  • B2B sales experience; candidates with both brand-side and distributor/agency-side experience are highly preferred
  • Experience in 01 offline channel development or early-stage team building is a strong plus
  • Strong commercial sense, negotiation skills, and execution mindset
  • Fluent in English (working proficiency required), Mandarin is a plus
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with fast decision-making

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with fast-moving beauty or skincare brands
  • Familiarity with modern trade, traditional trade, or regional distributor models
  • Experience supporting nationwide or multi-city distributor expansion
