We are seeking an experienced
ICT Manager with 1520 years of expertise to lead the planning, deployment, and support of our companys ICT infrastructure. This role ensures secure, reliable, and scalable technology services that align with business operations and future growth. The ICT Manager will oversee hybrid infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), O365, networks, endpoints, ICT projects, vendor management, and budgeting, while leading a high-performing ICT team.
Work Location: Head Office, Jakarta
Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Enterprise Systems & ICT Head
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1520 years of progressive experience in ICT infrastructure and operations as ICT Manager.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ICT infrastructure (on-prem and cloud).
- Proficiency in network management: LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN.
- Skilled in Windows OS (Server & Endpoint) and Active Directory.
- Proven Office365 administration experience.
- Strong track record in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.
- Experience with data center operations (on-prem and cloud).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal & written).
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of hybrid ICT environments (on-prem/cloud).
- Architect ICT infrastructure solutions for new business units and expansions.
- Oversee servers, storage, endpoints, and enterprise networks.
- Ensure reliable operation of Office365 and enterprise systems.
- Provide user support and troubleshooting for ICT-related issues.
- Lead ICT projects from planning through execution (upgrades, migrations, rollouts).
- Manage and develop a high-performing ICT team (internal and outsourced).
- Oversee ICT budgeting, cost control, procurement, and vendor SLAs.
- Implement ICT policies, procedures, SOPs, and ensure compliance.
- Drive business continuity planning (BCP), disaster recovery (DR), and ICT security initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ICT project management expertise.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
- Familiarity with JIRA (ITSM) for ticketing and change management.
- Cybersecurity knowledge and ITIL practices.
- Exposure to SAP BASIS/SAP Rise environments.
- Experience with enterprise storage, CCTV, and access control systems.
