iBaaS Business & Operations Lead

Will be responsible for managing all aspects of business operations for the BaaS function. This includes both internal operational process to support efficient service delivery and external partner operations, ensuring that business partners onboarded to the BaaS platform receive the necessary operational support.

Requirements

• Experience in banking operations, fintech, digital banking or business process management
• Understanding of BaaS models, embedded finance and digital banking ecosystem
• Managing business partner operations, service management
• Expertise in regulatory operations, compliance and risk management for banking and fintech
