Job Description

Job location: Batu Berendam, Melaka
Industry: Industrial manufacturer

Job Detail:
  • Minimum 5 year of working experience related to HVAC system installation, operation and maintenance.
  • Essential knowledge on HVAC operation and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Apps (i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Familiar with documentations such as PTW, Maintenance Report, PPM Report etc.
  • Candidates with supervisory experience.
Job Requirement:
  • To ensure the continuous smooth operation of Plant Facilities infra services by coordinate the shift personal on operation routine and attend compliant or breakdown.
  • To assist Shift technician to execute operational & maintenance activity e.g. changeover equipment. To ensure the activity carried out without interrupt to production and in good safety practice.
  • Verify the data collection by shift personal and ensure zero human error during data collection.
  • To train new shift technician on normal operation and maintenance routine.
  • To support team on troubleshooting and root cause finding at site, meeting, and presentation.
  • Accountability for housekeeping and 5S practice to all responsible area.
  • To ensure spare part and tools inventory always in place for operation and maintenance activity.
