Responsible for the development and maintenance of channels for chiller (water-cooled system) projects.
Collect market information within the region and analyze competitors.
Follow up with project clients in a timely manner, maintain customer relationships, and conduct regular visits to establish strong long-term partnerships.
Take charge of following up on key projects, conducting negotiations, grasping project timelines and gathering relevant information to facilitate successful deals.
Collect information on competing products, pricing, and market activities to support company decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in HVAC, air conditioning & refrigeration, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in HVAC or similar product sales, with team management experience.
Familiarity with the HVAC industry and a solid understanding of various commercial air conditioning products, especially mainstream chiller brands, with relevant work experience.
Possess certain resources and a strong track record of successful chiller projects in Indonesia.
Proficient in Office software and AutoCAD or other design tools.
Equipped with basic business negotiation and sales skills; strong communication, coordination, stress management, and resource integration abilities.
