.To manage the updating, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of procedures and systems related to industrial relations
.Ensure Industrial Relation field running well without dispute such us Proficient in Labor laws compliance, Employee Handbook (peraturan perusahaan), and best practices, including labor laws and diversity initiatives. Supervise Operation process such as: attendance report, payroll process and related matters, manage the distribution of payroll and related data such as tax deductions, and make tax reports as required, Manage and evaluate employee insurance claims, Periodically review work contracts
.Ensure People Development implementation, and monitor training needs and programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
.Monitoring the impact of training programs and adjust content or methods as needed for continuous improvement
.Support organizational development initiatives by analyzing workforce capabilities and identifying skill gaps. Facilitate change management processes, drive cultural alignment, and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness
Requirements
.Bachelor degree Psychology/Law/Management Human Resources/Industrial Engineering;. Having minimum 5 years experience as a Human Resources Supervisor;
.Proficient in laws and regulations,PPH21,labor relations and other relevant laws and regulations; Experience with training program development and change management; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Good in analytical thinking and self- driven;
.Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin speaker is preferred.
