Human Resources Staff

PT. Adiartha Swabuana, established in November 1987, specializes in engineering, maintenance, construction, and manpower supply services for the onshore and offshore oil and gas industries. The company began by providing skilled personnel in Indonesia and abroad, and later expanded its offerings to include expatriate staffing for oil companies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Human Resources Staff member, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, supporting payroll processes, fostering workplace culture, and handling employee relations. You will collaborate with various departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
• Familiarity with Labor Laws, Compliance, and Employee Relations practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in Performance Management and HR Policy implementation
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools is an advantage
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Work experience within the energy, engineering, or construction industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
