About the Role

Oversees partnership operations, financial accuracy, and performance reporting by ensuring correct JDP fee billing, end‑to‑end reward voucher management, and timely settlement of partnership‑related payments. Supports campaign and management reporting through data analysis, monitors partner performance, and serves as the first reviewer and coordinator for partnership legal documentation to ensure proper governance and approvals.

1. To ensure JDP fees from Amplify Health is billed correctly, working with Actuaries/Finance team

2. Reward voucher management

• Implement an effective voucher management stock opname/ reconciliation, including planning, purchasing, reuse with 0 waste

• Manages purchase order, payment process, and invoice settlement related to partnership and rewards

3. Monitoring and reporting

• Conduct partner performance tracking in regular basis, such as take up ratio by each partner

• Work closely with Actuarial and Accounting team for reward voucher reconciliation for PLPM analysis, Accounting/ Finance settlement for GOE management, concur submission/realization

• To provide partnership-related data to support campaign

• To provide other data for MBR, post campaign analysis

4. Manage Partnership's legal documentations

• As the 1st gate in reviewing legal documentations for partnership NDA, agreement

• To ensure a proper review from related departments and obtain approvals
