Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify employee development needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA), performance evaluations, and business requirements.
  • Design and deliver training programs, competency development, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Manage learning processes including in-class training, online learning, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training.
  • Develop training modules, curricula, and learning materials.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through pre-test, post-test, feedback, and impact assessment.
  • Support talent development initiatives, including career pathing and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with line managers and business units to support individual and team development.
  • Prepare People Development reports and monitor employee development progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in People Development, Training, or Learning & Development.
  • Strong understanding of TNA, learning design, and training evaluation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
