Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business priorities
• Partner closely with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
• Drive initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and performance
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies for key positions
• Lead leadership development and succession planning efforts
• Establish and enhance performance management frameworks
• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures
• Ensure alignment with market practices and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and financial services regulations
• Handle sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion
• Maintain robust HR policies and governance standards
• Improve HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and scalability
• Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making
• Build and lead a high-performing HR team

Key Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership exposure
• Experience within financial services is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations
• Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High integrity and ability to manage confidential information
