Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals & corporate
  • Lead performance management systems and employee evaluation processes to drive high-performance
  • Develop recruitment processes and methods that are effective and efficient, right on target, right on cost, and on time
  • Develop and manage training programs that support employee growth and skill development
  • Ensure company HR policies are compliant with legal requirements and best practices
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a reputable university & experience as an HR & GA Manager in the Poultry, Food Processing, Food Manufacturing, FMCG is preferable
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior HR leadership role to lead and develop HR & GA teams
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, full-cycle HR best practices
  • Proven background in HR best practices and drive transformation to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop HR strategies while staying actively involved in operations
  • Willing to be located in the Tangerang area and the Head Office, Gatot Subroto.
