Develop, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end recruitment strategies, including managing multiple recruitment channels and building a strong talent pipeline for key and critical positions.
Lead training and development programs, including new employee onboarding, company regulations, SOPs, internal processes, and corporate culture initiatives.
Oversee compensation, payroll, performance review processes, attendance management, and the execution of reward, disciplinary, and employee welfare policies.
Manage employee relations comprehensively, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, resignations, labor relations, dispute handling, employee communication mechanisms, and administration of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
Drive corporate culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and organizational alignment.
Lead and manage the HR team (recruitment, payroll & KPI, and employee relations), ensuring monthly targets are met, HR operations are accurate and timely, and service quality continues to improve.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 year in a managerial or equivalent senior HR role.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of at least three core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and commonly applied HR policies.
Proven ability to build HR systems, develop HR policies and procedures, and apply employment law principles effectively.
Strong leadership, people assessment, planning, coordination, and communication skills; able to work under pressure with high integrity and professionalism.
