Job Description

SCOPE OF ROLE:

In supporting to the Regional Director of Human Resources in executing the regional HR directions, and implementations. In support to attend to the country HR PICs.

This position provides advice and assistance to employees and management team within the country, and region of care. Managing the operations of the Human Resources spectrum and scopes, promoting and supporting best practices within the region.

In addition to the HR roles & responsibilities, the tasks do not limit to carrying out audit, and checking of Operations effectiveness and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Employee Services

  • Advise and support managers on all aspects of employee services including processing the appointments (contract) full time/ temp/ part time, resignations, probation and confirmation.
  • Inputs information on the computerized HR system in relations to all changes in employee data such as addresses and job titles.
  • Ensures that HR information that needs to be communicated to staff is communicated appropriately, whilst maintaining confidentiality where required.
  • Coordinates all aspects of the Immigration process for expatriate staffs and their families and/or foreign students.

Recruitment and Selection

  • Ensures that accurate job descriptions and employee specifications are in place.
  • Provides advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment.
  • Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
  • Schedules and organizes interviews.
  • Screens job applicants to obtain information such as education and work experience.
  • Conducts reference checks on possible candidates.
  • Informs applicants of their acceptance or rejection for employment.

Administrative

  • To support the preparation of Human Resources related reports.
  • To maintain and upkeep staff personal files in a professional and confidential manner in line with auditrequirements.

Labour Relations, Industrial Relations and Company Policies

  • To explain employment terms and conditions and company policies and procedures.
  • To interpret and advice on employment legislation and standards.
  • To provide confidential administrative support in areas relating to disciplinary and grievances issues, and where applicable tribunal documentations.
  • To collate information on behalf of HR Department in relation to new legislation and best practices guidelines.
  • To conduct counselling sessions.

Special Projects

  • To assist in coordinating special events such as Long Service Awards, Family Day and Annual Dinner & amp; Dance.
  • To coordinate staff recognition programme.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Management from timeto time.

REQUIREMENTS:-

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategy improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to train managers and employees effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work at SoekarnoHatta International Airport.
