Conducting recruitment in terms of fulfilling the workforce in accordance with the position competencies determined by the company. Implementing projects that are needed for organizational development activities and employee development, including conducting supervision after the projects are implemented.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the entire recruitment and selection process runs according to the specified standards and time frame.
- Conduct continuous evaluation and explore employee potential through psychological tests and interviews.
- Coordinate the procurement of in-house and outsource psychological tests in the context of the selection process for prospective employees.
- Controlling and developing candidate databases to facilitate employee search and selection.
- Search and post requirements on all portals.
- Follow the development of recruitment outside the company.
- Monitor employee productivity and conduct competency analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
