Position Title: Human Resources Manager
Reports to: HRD
Work Location: Mayong, Jepara
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-spectrum HR management, with a focus on Employee Relations and HRBP functions
- Handle labor disputes, union communications, and government relations
- Work closely with production teams to support business units in resolving people-related issues
- Ensure HR compliance with Indonesian labor laws and government regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 8+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or labor-intensive industries
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, and solid experience in Employee Relations and HRBP
- Manufacturing background, preferably with experience in Chinese or Taiwanese-invested companies in Indonesia
- BNSP/SKKNI HR certification preferred
- Fluent in English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the potential to grow into an HRD role
