Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with salary (in line with UMR/UMK), BPJS social security, THR (Religious Holiday Allowance), leave and other statutory requirements; handle compliance audits, statutory reporting and rectification of violations.
Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and terminations (calculate severance and other compensations in strict accordance with legal procedures); liaise with labor unions and coordinate labor disputes and PHI (Industrial Relations Court) mediation.
Recruitment & Staffing: Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for all local positions; manage PKWT/PKWTT contracts; handle work permits (RPTKA, IMTA) for expatriate employees.
Basic Administration: Maintain HR files and HRIS system; liaison with local Labor Office, Immigration Office and other institutions; promote employee integration and basic training.
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in HR Management, Law, Business Administration or related majors.
Experience: At least 5 years of local HR experience in Indonesia, with more than 3 years in a managerial role; proficient in Indonesian labor regulations; experience in labor union management and expatriate employee management is required.
Competencies: Native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English; strong compliance awareness, conflict resolution and negotiation skills; rigorous and detail-oriented; able to handle confidential information.
