Were currently in stealth mode and looking for a hands-on HR Manager to join a growing B2B Logistics Company based in South Jakarta. This role will lead a small HR Generalist team, so were looking for someone who is not only great at delegating but also knows when to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of tasks directly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across levels (Associate to Head)
- Oversee performance management processes
- Enhance people engagement and employee experience
- Manage compensation & benefits, including payroll, insurance, and compliance
- Lead learning & development, promotions/demotions, and internal movement
- Execute employee engagement surveys and support internal events
- Handle general affairs and office operational needs
- Provide people updates and reports to users & management
Requirements:
- Minimum 23 years of experience as an HR Lead or Manager
- Background in logistics or the B2B industry is a strong plus
- Experience in project management is an advantage (ability to prioritize across multiple HR streams)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of stakeholders
- Proven ability to handle people-related issues with sensitivity and strategic thinking
- Strong integrity and professional track record
- Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Spreadsheets, Docs, Slides)
- Comfortable being an individual contributor
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in South Jakarta
