Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices, including the development and continuous improvement of the HR management system.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process
  • Manage and continuously improve performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
  • Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage and optimize the HR Management System (HRMS/HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and effective utilization
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data confidentiality, compliance, and accuracy
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to support workforce planning, reporting, and decision-making
  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and documentation for management review
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, internal HR procedures, and standards of professional conduct and ethics.
  • Support employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues professionally and confidentially
  • Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support learning, training, and development initiatives for employees and managers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with 3 years of experience in manager level handling subordinates
  • Strong experience in recruitment and a proven ability to enhance talent acquisition strategies with knowing the standards of professional conduct and ethics.
  • Hands-on experience with HR Management Systems (HRMS/HRIS), including data maintenance, reporting, and system optimization
  • Strong understanding of HR data management, analytics, and metrics to support workforce planning and decision-making
  • Demonstrated experience training and coaching managers and employees on HR processes, systems, and best practices
  • Solid knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
