- Develop and execute HR strategies to support company goals.
- Promote a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous learning across the organization.
- Lead talent acquisition and drive employee development through training, coaching, and career planning.
- Implement and monitor performance management systems.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership while managing employee relations, compliance, and culture development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Able to work in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English is preferred.
