We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to help us build, develop, and support a dynamic team across our event and property businesses in Bali.

Job Summary

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. This role will involve recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, all while nurturing a positive company culture. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to create an environment where every team member can thrive and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from identifying staffing needs and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires across our event and property divisions.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, addressing any employee concerns and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback and development plans to ensure high performance across all teams.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize workshops, and promote professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies in line with local labour laws and company values; ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety protocols.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll, benefits administration such as BPJS and compensation planning to ensure competitive and fair remuneration.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Organize team-building activities and initiatives to promote a positive work culture, increase job satisfaction, and reduce turnover.
  • HR Reporting: Provide regular reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and training effectiveness, to inform decision-making.
  • Support Organizational Growth: Work with senior management on HR strategies that support business goals, such as expanding talent pools and aligning HR policies with company objectives.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: Initiates the ethical, social, and environmental responsibilities that organizations have towards their stakeholders, including employees, communities, customers, and the environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in the hospitality or event management industry is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
