About the role
This role is based in PT Indonesia Tri Sembilan (PTITS). This is a Senior Manager role who is responsible for all HR scopes covering factory operations and admin, talent management and recruitments, learning and developments, compliance on IR matters.
Responsibilities
1.HR operations and administration
- Responsible for seasonal labor availability based on factory operational requirements
- Maintain manpower planning at all times (actual labor headcounts vs budgeted)
- Prepare and verify bi-weekly payrolls/overtime/allowances for labor
- Prepare and verify salaries/bonus/incentives/allowances for all employees
- Maintain and update Org Charts
- Responsible for leave administration and working calendar
2.Talent management and recruitments
- Plan, develop and implement Employee Value Proposition, recruitments sourcing from social media as well as partnership with Unis and Schools
- Carry out strategy to ensure the Company able to recruit, retain and develop the most talented people
3.Learning and development
- Maintain and develop current competence based learning system and periodical assessment for seasonal labor
- Plan, develop and implement talent development programs for Staffs/Employees
4.IR compliance matters
- Compliance to all Health and Safety regulations
- Represent Company on any discussions/meetings/dispute with Labor Union and Government
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Law and/or Psychology.
Certified Health and Safety (Ahli K3), is a plus.

Experience
- 5 years experience in tobacco processing / seasonal industry / manufacturing industry
- Advanced understanding of Human Resources, business management practices and practical application of HR theoretical principles.
- Proven experience in change management and is able to apply change management approaches to enhance new initiatives and implementations.
