Role: HR Intern
Job Description:
- Assist with recruitment (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Manage employer branding initiatives (promote office life via social media, content ideas, etc.)
- Support onboarding and employee data management
- Help with HR documentation and admin tasks
- Organize or support internal events and employee engagement activities
- Assist in training coordination and performance tracking
- Assist in every HR projects and daily operation
Requirements:
- Familiar with Google Workspace
- Comfortable in collaborating with all employee from various division to create enganging contents
- Familiar with social media platforms especially Instagram, Tiktok & Linkedin
- Willing to learn, adapt, and initiative in taking new challenges
- Good attention to detail
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Able to work on-site at Gading Serpong, Tangerang
- Able to join immediately

- Able to work hybrid on-site at the office
