Human Resources Intern

PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) is currently looking for a Paid Internship to support various Human Capital initiatives, particularly in the areas of employee development, learning programs, and knowledge management. This internship opportunity is open for active final-year university students majoring in Psychology who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Capital learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

The intern will support the team in:

1. Supporting the preparation of learning materials, presentation decks and administrative documents.
2. Assisting knowledge management initiatives, including documentation, content preparation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
3. Creating simple visual materials using Canva for internal communication and learning campaigns.

Requirements

1. Active final-year university student majoring in Psychology.
2. Able to start as soon as possible.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office package and Canva for simple design and communication materials.
4. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and willing to learn.
5. Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively in a team.
