five business units : PT Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM), PT Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST), PT ATW Solar Indonesia, PT Armada Bahtera Semesta (ABAS), and PT Lintas Samudra Borneo Line (LINSA).
TRIVE is looking for
Human Resource Intern, that will grow with us by:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement programs, training sessions, and internal cultural initiatives.
- Support employer branding activities by coordinating with design vendors, gathering content, and ensuring timely delivery of materials for social media or internal communications.
- Maintain and update employee databases, files, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Requirements
- Fresh graduate/last year student from Psychology
- Strong interest in Human Resources with eagerness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using design tools such as Canva will be an advantage.
