Job Description
Responsibilities
- HR Data & Dashboards: Clean, organize, and maintain HR databases; build visual dashboards (using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) to track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment pipeline, performance).
- People Analytics: Assist in analyzing employee feedback, engagement scores, and exit interviews to spot trends and present clear, actionable insights.
- Process & Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly HR reports for leadership and automate recurring spreadsheet tasks to streamline team workflows.
- Talent Support: Support recruitment and onboarding workflows by tracking hiring metrics and keeping candidate pipelines organized.
- Special Projects: Participate in ad-hoc HR projects, such as organizational mapping, compensation benchmarking, or process optimization.
- Education: Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Data & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas). Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a strong plus.
- English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present data-driven findings clearly.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy when handling data, with a strong commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of personal information.
- Curiosity & Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset, quick learning agility, and a strong desire to explore the intersection of HR and data science.
