We are looking for passionate and driven final-year students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Data Center Engineering. Through this internship program, you will work alongside experienced professionals and gain direct exposure to the operation and maintenance of critical facilities that power the digital economy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, learning & development, and employee engagement within a fast-growing data center industry.

Maintain HR databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
Collaborate with hiring managers, universities, and external partners to support HR programs.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Assist in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and internship programs.
Support competency framework, talent management, and people development projects.

Requirements

Final-year student in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fields.
Available for a full-time internship placement in Jakarta.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Human Resources.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiar with Linkedin Recruiter, Canva and other HR tools.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
