Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, benefits, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain HR records, HRIS, and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Implement HR policies and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Drive employee engagement, performance reviews, and training programs.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the HR team in daily operations.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in English (able to communicate with foreigners without difficulties).
- Minimum 68 years of experience as an HR Manager, with at least 7 years in HRGA functions (including recruitment and performance management).
- Experience working in a Chinese company is required.
- Good communication skill, coordinating skill, and detail oriented.
