Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage and oversee key HR functions in our Jakarta office. This is a full-time and on-site position requiring hands-on involvement in areas such as HR management, policy development, employee benefits, and fostering a strong workplace culture. Daily responsibilities will include implementing HR policies, overseeing benefits administration, assisting with recruitment initiatives, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The role will also involve partnering with management to support business and team development objectives.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in drafting, updating, and implementing HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of proven work experience in human resources or a related role
• Experience in startups or fast-growing organizations is a plus
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
