  • Oversee HR Generalist functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure all employee data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented within HRIS.
  • Document HR processes and maintain updated SOPs.
  • Implement and socialize HR policies, procedures, and SOPs consistently across the organization.
  • Standardize HR operational processes to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Making sure employment compliance with the government rules (UU)
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: (Posting jobs, CV screening, HR screening, Psikotest, Interviewing, User Interview Scheduling, Reference Checking, Offering Process, Onboarding).
  • Manage the employee off-boarding process
  • Coordinate training needs assessments and employee development programs
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback cycles.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the same field.
  • Proficient in using the Talenta HRIS system.
  • Possesses strong communication skills, is disciplined, and able to work both in a team and independently.
  • Detail-oriented, firm, systematic, and possess strong administrative skills
  • Able to work in the office (Work from Office) Monday through Friday.
