Debellin is looking for an HR Generalist who can take ownership of the full employee lifecycle and help us build a scalable people process!
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process from job posting to onboarding
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll preparation and BPJS administration
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation
- Ensure compliances with Indonesian workforce regulations
- Coordinate probation and performance evaluation processes
- Support leaders in handling employee relations and people matters
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to support company culture development
- Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource management or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in the Human Resource field with proven experience of handling end-to-end HR functions
- Proficient in HRIS Talenta
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law
- Detail-oriented, proactive, high integrity
