Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage end-to-end monthly payroll with high accuracy and timely submission
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR data, attendance, and leave management
  • Handle employee inquiries and support positive employee relations
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure data accuracy across all HR documentation
  • Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance with labour regulations
  • Coordinate BPJS, employee benefits, and statutory requirements
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments on HR-related matters
  • Support HR projects and continuous process improvements
  • Provide support and documentation related to OJK compliance, etc., for HR matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with solid exposure to payroll processes
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to learn quickly
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Experience dealing with OJK regulations or submissions is a strong advantage
