Job Description

Recruitment - Handle end to end recruitment and selection process including the onboarding processes
Talent Management & Employee Relations - Guiding management on employee relations and performance management
Payroll - Performs a number of review duties within the payroll process including: payroll close, payroll distribution, attendance tracking and calculations. Additionally may review and recommend payroll adjustments as needed
Workforce Management - Capability in building a healthy work environment that fosters diversity, inclusion and collaboration among employees
HR Policy & Administrative - Improving, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures including managing HRIS data

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Preferably with financial institutions/financial technologies background.
Must have experience in handling general HR matters such as recruitment, general affair, compensation & benefit, industrial relations and training development.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in Indonesia
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Knowledge and experience HRIS systems, Time and Attendance System, MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point) and Google environment a plus.
