  • Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee general office operations to ensure a productive and comfortable working environment.
  • Manage facilities, including space planning, maintenance, and security.
  • Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and team-building initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including expatriate employee administration.
  • Provide guidance on legal matters related to HR and General Affairs.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Collaborate with external partners on benefits negotiations and renewals.
  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance management, payroll calculation, statutory compliance, payroll disbursement, and PPh 21 tax calculation and reporting, including for daily workers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a start-up company with a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR and General Affairs roles; experience in the technology or agritech industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory regulations, including PPh 21 taxation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Willing to work from the office (WFO) and available for business trips as required by operational needs.
