Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
Oversee general office operations to ensure a productive and comfortable working environment.
Manage facilities, including space planning, maintenance, and security.
Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and team-building initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including expatriate employee administration.
Provide guidance on legal matters related to HR and General Affairs.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Collaborate with external partners on benefits negotiations and renewals.
Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance management, payroll calculation, statutory compliance, payroll disbursement, and PPh 21 tax calculation and reporting, including for daily workers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working in a start-up company with a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR and General Affairs roles; experience in the technology or agritech industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory regulations, including PPh 21 taxation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Willing to work from the office (WFO) and available for business trips as required by operational needs.
