  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, CV screening, English-based screening interviews, scheduling, and coordination with hiring users.
  • Maintain a clear and organized candidate pipeline.
  • Prepare and manage employment documents (contracts, renewals, evaluations, warnings, promotions).
  • Maintain accurate employee files and ensure confidentiality of all HR data.
  • Support payroll-related admin (attendance recap, overtime summary, employee status changes).
  • Update and maintain employee data regularly in HRIS or internal systems.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding: document collection, exit interviews, clearance checklist, and closing documents.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with internal regulations.
  • Support engagement initiatives, evaluations, trainings, and mentoring programs.
  • Provide basic guidance and mentorship to interns or junior team members as needed.

Job Qualification

  • Minimum 1 years of HR experience is strongly preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) required for interviews, documentation, and communication.
  • Willing to mentor interns, junior staff, or new hires with a supportive attitude.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations.
  • Professional, positive, and eager to grow.
  • Great communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with sensitive data.
  • Experience in an edutech company is a strong advantage (familiarity with fast-paced, digital-first environments).
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations is a plus.
