The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, HR operational, people development, IR/ER, talent management, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Job Responsibility
Recruitment & Employer Branding:
- Responsible for identifying manpower needs.
- Responsible in sourcing, selecting, interviewing and conducting psychological test to fill available position.
- Align with Users and HR (Country & Regional) for any recruitment process update.
HR Operations:
- Develop, implement and update HR Policies and procedures that are in accordance with labor law and organizational needs.
- Managing and ensure all employee database is updated and correctly inputted.
- Improving HR hygiene and operational excellence to increase employee experience.
People Development:
- Assist on People Development initiative.
Industrial/Employee Relations:
- Fostering good relations with government and employee organization, managing collective negotiation, and handling industrial relations issues.
Talent Management:
- Responsible on organization chart update on Company's System.
- Ensure hiring manager align in their understanding and usage of the performance management policy, framework and processes
- Having a clear onboarding program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or related.
- Minimal 4 years in recruitment (especially in Sales IT Industries/IT Distributor) and 6 years experience in General Human Resources role.
- Having good analytical thinking.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle employee issues and conflicts.
- Familiarity with training, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HR software and computer skills.
