Job Description
- Manage and execute all-rounded HR operational activities including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefit, employee relations, learning and development, performance management and organization development
- Oversee full spectrum of Human Resources & Administration function, such as manpower planning, recruitment, payroll, performance evaluation
- Design organizational structure aligned with business strategy and policies
- Coordinate and monitor Performance Management Reviews
- Build and implement annual training plan
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Manage and update HR policy such as Procedure Manual and Employee Handbook
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Administer all bonus and incentive programs
- Enhance employee engagement and communication channels
- Develop HR team and coordinate administrative duties
- Manage office budgets, expenses and financial records
- Oversee the management of company assets including but not limited to equipment, supplies and facilities
- Handle General Affairs Management, which may include office administration, facility management, and ensuring compliance with safety and labor regulations
- Ensure Compliance with Regulators, such as BAPPEBTI, BBJ, KBI, OJK, ICDX
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor or above degree in HR Management or related business major
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in HR management
- Proven experience in recruitment, designing incentives and benefits program, employee relation, learning and development and performance management
- Proficiency in Indonesian, English and Chinese, both written and spoken is preferred
- Well-versed with Indonesia Labor Law and Employment Regulations
- Experience with HRIS or other HR software
- Strong organizational, multitasking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
