Job Description

Responsibility :

  • Recruitment / Acquisition : Manage full-cycle hiring process, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate KPI results, support data analysis, and (preferably) build KPI dashboard to support decision-making
  • Competency Framework : Develop and finalize competency dictionary, support leaders in identifying key functional competencies, ensure all modules are well-documented and updated
  • Learning & Development : Identifying key functional competencies, ensure each training runs smoothly, including post-training evaluation and monitoring trainer assessments
  • Engagement & Culture : Initiate, facilitate, and execute engagement programs, fostering a productive and positive work environment

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Hiring & Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Talent Development, Engagement & Culture (HRBP/OD highly preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to Join ASAP and WFO in Jogja
